Kylie is 23 months old today! Seriously, how does this happen? She is wild. She is crazy. She has no idea she's little. She loves to play dress up. She's mommy's girl. She is an excellent communicator, yet she says very few words. She's spoiled rotten. She's a proud artist. She's TOO big!
